To get the most out of this loyalty card, you need to stay in at least 3 different Citotel hotels.

The loyalty card associated with this charter allows you to enjoy one of the following benefits:

  • The twelfth night is free (55 Euros deducted from your bill);
  • A case of wine or champagne, or a beauty gift set;
  • A gift voucher for 40 Euros to be spent with our partners (list available from reception).

Currency exchange

If you need to change foreign currency, the hotel is close to a number of banks:

  • Banque CIC at the corner of rue des Messageries and cours National, Tuesday-Friday 8.45 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 1.45 p.m. – 6 p.m.;
  • Banque postale, cours National almost opposite the hotel, Monday-Friday 8.30 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday 8.30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Paying for bookings

When a booking is made by email, phone, fax or post, we will ask for your credit card number – number, CVV number on the back, expiry date – or a deposit cheque.  Your credit card will not be debited at the time of booking.  You may still cancel for free up to 48 hours before your expected arrival date.

Booking cancellation or modification conditions

  • Non-refundable deposit cheque.
  • Cancellations can be made without charge until 48h before the day of your arrival. In case of no-show or cancellation beyond this period, before or during the stay:- For reservations of 1 to 2 nights: 100% of the total amount of the balance of stay will be debited on the credit card provided.- For any reservation more than 2 nights: 50% of the total amount of the balance of stay will be debited on the credit card provided.
